Accessing Appointments
The Appointments app is accessed from the New Appointments icon on the main Vision 3 menu.
The app is designed for the front reception desk and offers quick intuitive functions for booking in patients, making / rescheduling appointments, along with inserting and deleting sessions.
The back office functions such as extending books are carried out in Appointments Back Office, or Vision 3 if you have not yet switched over.
